
So I simply continued my training with more rides, more rides... And i felt the France training had been good with the legs. Now it was time to leave the road and get back on the mountain bike! But one last Jay Peak run.
witch is my training road ground for what will be my ultimate road race in September "Défi Vélo Mag" i did it, not so prepared last year in 4h40min for a 105km run with 1700m of ascension. I'm hoping to do it in 3h30 this year. We will see? Races for me are not necessarily the result but the fun i have doing it. but that one i want to go all out.
