Training Ride JAY PEAK!

This Monday i had the chance to get my PM off from work, dew to some 21 hrs of overtime the week before.
So i went for my long training ride. 135km up Mt Sutton and then Jay Peak. 1775m of climb total. It was not my fastest time over all. I did do the ride at an average moving speed of 28,5km/h earlier this summer. I managed a good 25,5km/h on the total run, but it was a bit windy on Monday! What is interesting is that on the first side of Jay climb i managed a 22,1km/h average speed up. The new bike with good legs is a master on the climbs. All this is good for my road race objective the "Parc" later in September.
