I was back to my old winter habits this weekend as i went for my second day of snowboarding. I was with nice people, good riders and it gave me back the taste of snow. I did add to this weekend my new winter fun! Yes i love riding my bike. I did two rides this weekend. One ride of 15km at -15°c on Saturday and also a nice ride after a snowboard Sunday. i added 18km at less freezing temps to my 100km January.
All in all, new + fun = 2010. What a fun time i had this weekend. And the training is good. More training in plans this week. As now i have to get more swimming and weight training done.
